Commercial Plastics

Hi everybody and happy new year!!

Our bilingual groups this last Christmas were researching the Internet and their garbage to identify the main types of plastics we can find at home.

They had to complete this table

Later they had to find different objects at home made up of the seven types of plastics, cut a sample and stick them into a poster.

The task wasn't easy, specially for plastics like PVC. I know some parents had to help their children to cut extremely hard pieces of plastic. Thank you for your cooperation too!

Finally the results were worth. Here you can see some examples.

Why was it a good invention?
It’s a good invention because we use to stick things like papers and a lot of things..
