A brick is a building material used to make walls, pavements and
other elements in masonry construction.
YEAR:
The oldest discovered bricks were originally made with shaped mud
before 7500 B.C.
The first to use them were the Neolithic farmers in 9500 B.C.
INVENTOR:
It wasn´t a particular person who invented the brick. The first area to
use them were the Mesopotamic, Indian and Egyptian civilitations.

WHY WAS IT A GOOD INVENTION?:
It was a good invention because it allowed to have better places to
live. In addition, it made possible to build great monuments, because brick is lighter than stone, but stronger than wood or
straw...
IMPROVEMENTS:
It improved the way of life: better houses, roads, aqueducts, city
protection with higher walls.
NEGATIVE EFFECTS:
A negative effect could be the over construction.
