BIOGRAPHY

She was born on 1924 in Dallas, Texas, USA.

Bette was a typing and she invented the corrector Liquid Paper, becouse she realized that when you paint you can’t correct your mistakes erasing, you have to paint above the mistake. 

She was using her corrector paint in secret 5 years, sometimes her bosses scold her but her partners ask for that every time.

With the time Bette started to market her product. 

In 1962 she got married with Robert Graham and her husband join in the Liquid Paper company. 

She had one child, Michael, he became famous with his music group ‘The monkeys’.

Bette died in 1980 in Texas.

INVENTION

The liquid paper was invented by Bette in 1956. In the oringin it had the name Mistake Out. Bette sold the company Liquid paper to the Gillette Corporation in 1979 for 47,500,000 dollars. 

Current MSDSs, list Liquid Paper as containing titanium dioxide, solvent naphta,mineral spirits, resins, dispersant, and fragrances.

Liquid Paper came under scrutiny in the 1980s, due to concerns over recreational sniffing of the product.
